Jasper | 2 Years

It seems that Jasper's 2nd birthday is sneaking up on me.  I knew it was coming, but it is catching me off guard in ways that I wasn't expecting.  I am emotional about it, and it is hitting me hard.  I think it is just a mixture of emotions creating the perfect storm: he is getting so big, I love him more everyday in a way I cannot even put into words, the last year has been long but also way too short, I miss my mom and he misses his Mama, and it is finally hitting me that he is different from the last time my mom saw him.  And it hurts...but we are going to celebrate this week, and with all hard things that we have experienced lately the best medicine always seems to be fully enjoying my baby boy.  I am going to spend more one on one time with him this week.  He will be the center of attention even more than usual if that is possible, and we are going to celebrate the gift of having Jasper in our lives! He is an amazing little boy, and I am thankful and honored to be his mom.He is becoming quite the model too!  :)  Hope you enjoy the rest of his 2 Year pictures!
