Jasper | 3 Years

Ellis has gotten a lot of attention lately, so it is about time I put some focus on Jasper.  He turned 3 in February, just about a month after Ellis was born.  I didn't want to plan much for his birthday party, so against my normal tendencies of going all out and making all the decisions, I handed the party completely over to Jasper.  The two of us went to the dollar store where he picked out all his plates and napkins.  He helped me make his cake, and I let him do all the decorating (lots of sprinkles).  We ran up to the local party store and he picked out his balloons (red, green, blue, and he threw in one Angry Birds balloon at the last second).  He even bought some bubble gum to sit out as party favors.Needless to say, my baby boy is growing up.  He LOVED making all the decisions, and it made his party that much more special.  He was so happy!   I think we may have started a tradition.  A tradition to fully celebrate everything that our babies are and choose to be, Angry Bird balloons and all.Here are his 3 year old pictures.  He is starting to choose some of his own poses now too.He is such a little model!And even though he is my big boy, he still uses his pacifier and blanket at bed time.  He lovingly refers to them as boo boo and bing.
